We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a **FP&A Corporate Development Analyst** with 7+ years of relevant experience to join our **Finance** team based in our stunning **Perth** office.

The Corporate Development Analyst operates as the business lead to establish and manage the Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting and Integrated Financial Planning) Framework.

This position is a Finance business partner to the CEO, CFO and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and supports the creation and management of Harvest Road Financial Planning framework which includes:

- Creation of an integrated Budgeting and Forecasting P&L & Balance Sheet model.
- Develop and report on the overall financial performance the business and effectively communicate the key insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide financial guidance on delivery against key financial metrics and targets.
- Be proactive in optimising and enhancing processes and driving business goals and supporting business partners. Support and guide other Finance professionals within the broader Finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Commerce/Business/Accounting.
- Professional accreditation (CPA/CA/CIMA).
- 7+ years of previous Business Partner Support/FP&A experience with commercial teams.
- Leadership experience and a proven ability to effectively influence and lead through business partners.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities.
- Strong ability to operate collaboratively amongst a range of non‐finance business leaders.
- Demonstrated problem solving capability. Identifies issues, proactively finds solutions and sees to completion.
- Adaptability, flexibility and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation. Working with a high level of autonomy.
- High level of Commercial Acumen and analytical skills.
- Curious mindset.
- FMCG/Telco/Pharmaceutical industry experience (desirable)
- Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing or operations (desirable)
- Experience with ERP systems (desirable).
