PAC Partners is seeking a driven and analytical
Corporate Finance Analyst
to join our Corporate Finance team. This role provides the opportunity to work on transactions across capital markets and M&A, supporting senior team members in the execution of corporate advisory and capital raising mandates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Support deal origination and execution across IPOs, rights issues, placements, and M&A transactions.
  • Market Monitoring - Track capital market developments/trends and trading performance of clients and peers.
  • Undertake detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF and comparable methodologies).
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, prospectuses, term sheets, and due diligence reports.
  • Conduct industry and company research to provide insights for client opportunities.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and transaction committees.
  • Liaise with senior management of corporate clients (Boards, CEOs, CFOs) and external advisers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Institutional Sales and Research.
  • Assist in coordinating roadshows and marketing initiatives for clients.

Who we are seeking:

  • 1–3 years' experience in accounting, transaction services, law, corporate advisory, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Passion for corporate finance and capital markets.
