We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Team within our Perth Support office. The role involves the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and risks are managed efficiently.

The Position

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and identify key drivers.
  2. Reporting & Insights: Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure timely reporting of key metrics.
  3. CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and support sales and marketing efforts with actionable insights.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  5. Budgeting Support: Assist in the annual budgeting process, reviewing assumptions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Overhead Accounting: Maintain monthly accounts for overhead departments and recommend cost control measures.
  7. Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes and systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies, maintaining data integrity.

The Person

  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance analyst role
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analysis skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems

Note: This role is based at our Perth Office, 12 Newcastle Street, East Perth, 6000, WA.
