**Are you a dynamic and organised individual with a passion for driving change and improving employee culture?**

We are currently seeking an experienced HR personnel to join a growing team in Canning Vale.

we requires experienced professionals in the overall HR function for a medium sized organisation, where you will help to drive organisational and cultural change in line with our strategic plans. There’s scope within this role to truly make your mark on the organisation - defining our future strategies, processes and approach.

**What might your typical day include?**
- Provide advice to line managers and the leadership team on employee and industrial relations matters
- Provide advice on and assist to facilitate performance management and disciplinary processes
- Drive the delivery and enhancement of our recruitment strategy (primarily for production employees)
- Manage the workers compensation and injury management process
- Identify staff training needs and coordinate both internal and external training as required
- Coordination of our apprenticeship program
- Compile and analyse HR data and reports
- Update of HR systems and processes including review and implementation of HR policies and procedures

**What skills will you need to bring?**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry or a factory environment will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and experience with Award interpretation, as well as solid understanding of the new IR reforms via the Australian Government
- Previous experience with workers compensation claims management
- Experience with HR3 systems, in particular the Phoenix recruitment and onboarding system, will be advantageous but is not essential

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
