**Who you are?**

We are seeking applicants for the position of People & Culture Coordinator who are excited by the challenges of our business and variety this role offers. You will be based at Canning Vale and will be responsible for ensuring both short term and long-term objectives are met.

As People & Culture Coordinator, some of your tasks will be, but not limited to:

- Using relevant systems, process all employee documentation for WA & SA
- Lead role in the organisation of employee recognition programs, such as regular celebration of employee Service Awards, birthdays and employee of the quarter
- Work with Payroll to ensure both People & Culture and Payroll systems align correctly
- Support Talent Resources Coordinator - WA, including arranging interviews and scheduling Pre-employment medicals
- Lead role in ensuring HRIS is operating effectively, including being the system administrator for People & Culture data and implementing system upgrades/new modules for WA & SA

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Relevant experience in same or similar role within the Minerals sector desired
- Advanced knowledge/experience of Microsoft Programs, specifically Windows and Excel
- Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Human Resources Management would be beneficial
- Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with great organisation skills and ability to prioritise
