We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Professional to develop and execute effective communication strategies that enhance our brand image and public engagement. This role involves planning publicity campaigns, managing media relations, advising senior management, and coordinating events—all integral to elevating Empower Solar Australia’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Communication: Design and implement integrated communication

strategies and public relations campaigns that align with our corporate

objectives.
- Media Relations: Draft and manage press releases, handle media enquiries,

and facilitate interviews between executives and key media outlets.
- Research & Analysis: Commission and analyze public opinion research to

refine promotional campaigns and communication strategies.
- Event Management: Organize and execute events, seminars, competitions,

and social functions that drive community engagement and positive publicity.
- Content Management: Review and refine materials from content

creators—including writers, photographers, and illustrators—to ensure

consistent, favourable messaging.
- Executive Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on

public relations issues related to policies, programs, and business practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, or a

related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in public relations or corporate

communications.
- At least 3 years of experience managing public relations affairs within large

international corporations (i.e. handling communications for multinational or

global companies).
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful communication

campaigns and managing media relations.
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms and social media strategy.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 5 years (preferred)
