In this newly created role, the HR Administrator provides essential support to the HR Business Partner across all employee-related administration, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist to help venues meet headcount targets and ensure new team members are seamlessly onboarded.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment process (e.g. shortlisting, scheduling interviews, post interview process, contract generation)
  • Working across the HRIS and recruitment software
  • Tracking visas, certificates, license and other compliance
  • Generating reports for HRBP, turnover, absenteeism, training etc
  • Complete and follow up with new employees regarding onboarding process
  • Manage the Manly HR inbox and respond to enquiries in a helpful, professional and timely manner
  • Administration of internal employment changes, including changes, promotions & transfers and offboarding
  • Ensure employment records are kept up to date and accurate in HumanforceHR
  • Assist in the coordination of team member engagement events
  • Keep the employee noticeboards/Facebook page updated with current information regarding recruitment etc.
  • Undertake additional reasonable duties as requested

What we're looking for:

  • Currently studying towards, or holding, a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident manner
