**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis at Audi Burwood. This position would be ideal for an experienced individual who is eager to further themselves within the premium automotive segment.
As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment and is passionate about providing customers with a consistently outstanding experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and communicate with them to ensure a positive customer experience
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:
- Previous experience in a similar role with Audi or European prestige brands is preferable, although not essential
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Punctual and reliable
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current driver licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail
- Able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
**What we offer**:
- $90,000 -$100,000 salary package, inclusive of company car and commissions
