**About the organisation**:
Established in the UK in 1992, this global business manufactures identification tags for livestock. With sites in the UK, Australia and America, this is an opportunity to join a family-owned business with existing government contracts and a nationwide market that is set to grow over the coming years.
Reporting to Senior Management in the UK, this position is responsible for overseeing and managing the local production and the administrative teams.

**Primary objectives include**:

- Manage the daily running of the production facility.
- Plan, organise and direct the administrative and production teams.
- Manage stock levels and monitor production standards.
- Train, develop and motivate employees to maximise performance.
- Ensure orders are completed and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Undertake detailed reporting for the UK on a weekly basis.
- Manage and monitor Occupational Health and Safety.
- Conduct regular SWAT analysis to maintain awareness of the market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Oversee accounts receivable including invoicing and collections.

- Flexible approach with the ability to respond to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience driving an expanding organisation with a hands-on work style.
