**The Opportunity**
The Regional Operations Manager - Disability Employment Services (DES) will support the Executive Director in managing staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of disability employment and related services within the defined Employment Services Areas (NSW Sturt, South-eastern, VIC - Bendigo and Kiewa). Reporting to the Executive Director, the role is required to lead, coordinate, and provide financial management for multiple sites within the defined employment services regions. Success of this will be defined by the incumbent's exceptional communication skills, ability to motivate and encourage others and provide ongoing encouragement that leads to high performance.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with the Executive Director to develop the direction and strategic plan for DES
- Implement the business plans including the management and allocation of assets, human and other resources to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Recruits, on-boards, trains, and coach’s staff. Working with each team member to tailor support and mentorship ensuring the effective delivery of operational objectives
- Participates in leadership decisions on the direction and management of the Region including setting and achieving KPIs
- Manage, monitor, and analyse data on key performance indicators for DES and take corrective action as required to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Implement and report on mechanisms to ensure compliance with the DES contract, organisation procedural processes and statutory obligations
