**The Opportunity**:
The accounts receivable officer is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our customers' accounts receivable process. This exciting role is available for an all-rounder Accounts Receivable star In this role, reporting to the Credit and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for everything from managing customer accounts, the aged balance report, opening new credit accounts for customers, conducting trade references, controlling the credit ledger and ensuring payments are made on time, follow up of outstanding debtors and monitoring of the daily banking.

As a customer focused business, your communication skills in working closely with our customers to resolve any payment issues is crucial.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday standard business hours

**Location**:Our lovely head office in Fairfield NSW, boasting free employee parking and an on-site specialty cafe (with our cafe being in-house, prices are affordable, and the food is incredible)

**The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we're Looking For**:

- Experience in an autonomous AR/ Credit control position
- Proven high level communication skills with an empathetic customer-centric focus
- Experience using Pronto and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Motivated and target driven team player
