Allstaff Australia are seeking a Fleet Officer to work as a member of the Fleet Management Team, responsible for the managing and the operation of Council fleets whilst ensuring a safe, efficient and effective fleet service to Councils Business Units.

**Fleet Officer - Local Government Council**
**Tasks include**:

- Fleet acquisition and disposal as per Policy
- Plant and equipment dispose off as per Policy and procedures
- Manage and maintain fleet fuel cards
- Fleet system & records updated and current
- Manage toll notices, roadside assist account, penalty notices.
- Process and pay CTP and Registration
- Coordinate vehicle handover of vehicles to and from drivers.
- Coordinate supply, receipt and delivery of vehicles as per order
- Create service schedules for light fleet

At the moment looking at month to month basis. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Location is at the Council works depot, part of the Fleet & Stores team.
