Helping to create the inspiration, your role will see you;
- Screening calls, directing calls, and escalation of queries
- Customer service to clients and maintain database.
- Accounts payable administration
- Accounts payable preparation for payment runs.
- Entry of new invoices into database
- Matching purchase orders to invoices.
- Marrying up supporting documents to invoice
- Database entries editing and maintaining.
- Allocations of costs
- Credit card reconciliations

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Highly desirable strong communication with good verbal & written skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical awareness
- Well-honed attention to detail & accuracy skills.
- Willingness to learn with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work to tight time schedules.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Preferred but not essential)
