Credit Controller

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Credit Manager in Fairfield (our head office), in this role you will collect and manage customer’s debtor accounts as a member of a friendly and successful team.

**The Role**:

- Positive & effective telephone collection of unpaid debts
- Reconciliations of unpaid customer accounts
- Follow up customer’s disputes & queries with Komatsu branch staff

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Proven experience in a commercial collection’s role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service experience
