We are looking for Collections officers to join our team on behalf of our large corporate client.

**Key Details**:

- Full time and Casual positions available
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Rotating Roster | Full availability required
- Hybrid working model (Remote and in office at Caulfield North)
- Full-Time paid product and systems training in office (Must be available to attend office for training)
- Career progression opportunities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls utilising communication, empathy and negotiation skills
- Assist with resolving disputes, claims and payments
- Documenting all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
- Ensuring consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
- Customer service, collections and administration experience desirable
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
- Confidence in dealing with objections and quickly building rapport with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Word and Excel is required
