THE OPPORUNITY
More than just a Client Services and Operations role, you have the ability to play to your strengths in this business and grow our clients continues to develop in the market. Unlike larger companies, you will work alongside the Directors and leadership team every day which assists with exposure, growth and investment in the success of the business.

We are seeking several highly motivated Client Services Representative to join the team. The role offers a unique blend of client interaction and service, working with partners to process and document transactions, partnering with our high energy brokers who are committed to client service, and ensuring that our industry leading administration processes are continuously improved. Sitting in the operations team of the business, you will also have the opportunity to learn how the business services its clients, runs on a day to day basis and leverages quality third party relationships to provide a quality offering in the market.
- Be the connector of the business - liaise with several internal and external stakeholders to ensure that financing options are secured in an efficient way for our client base.
- Manage client relationships and develop rapport with the portfolios you handle on a day to day basis.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, if you can think of a better way for the business to operate or get daily tasks done, then we want to hear it
- Document handling, processing and transactions.
- Partner with third parties and our internal brokers to support client needs.
- Represent the Company and its values, mission and services in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensure that the administration processes that support our services are efficient, timely and smooth.
- Utilise the CRM system to update client information.
- Assist to grow and develop the wider operations team by mentoring more junior team members and offering assistance.
- Be part of the business growth journey and leverage your experience and skills to seek business development opportunities.

- Exceptional attention to detail to service our client requirements.
- Experience in working with CRM, finance or accounting software.
- A passion for developing relationships and working with others.
- Minimum of 3 years Financial Services industry experience preferable.
- Need to be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen to apply.
