**Your new role**
- Use case management systems with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to maintain accurate records.
- Respond to written, in person and phone enquiries with a strong client service focus.
- Provide high quality and consistent services to clients in accordance with established procedures, ensuring clients receive complete, timely and accurate information on their case.
- Work individually and with team members to achieve best performance and deliver results within deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams across the Client Services Delivery Branch to ensure quality client service and to deliver on Branch objectives.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar data entry/admin role/case management role (essential)
- Experience in customer service or call centre
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrated in previous roles high attention to detail and accuracy
**What you'll get in return**
