**Role**
We are looking for a Customer Service representative who will provide support and training to banking clients and student subscribers of Kaplan Professional’s CPD learning platform, Ontrack. Permanent full time and part time options available.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in a team of 7 Client Support Representatives
- Coordinate new client subscriptions and provide on product training to the client
- Phone based role with administration, data entry responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
- _Experience with subscription-based products and services, desirable_
- _Knowledge of the concept and practice of professional development, desirable_
