**Monash Imaging** incorporates services at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton; Monash Children’s Hospital - Clayton; Victorian Heart Hospital - Clayton, Dandenong Hospital, Dandenong; Casey Hospital, Berwick; Moorabbin Hospital, Bentleigh East; Kingston Centre, Cheltenham; Pakenham Health Centre (Women’s Imaging), Pakenham and two Dental sites at Cranbourne and Dandenong. **Monash Imaging** provides over 365,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites. The Service budgets for approximately 500 EFT and has an expense budget of $100M. Monash Imaging is growing and includes the newly opened heart hospital.

**Monash Imaging** is a busy, multi-modality department providing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services to the outer southeast region of Melbourne and West Gippsland for adult and paediatric patients offering patients and families a friendly atmosphere together with innovative technology to deliver the very best patient experience.

The **Administration Training **Supervisor **will facilitate all the Imaging Administration staff training and maintain all training material.This is an integral leadership role responsible for upskilling and educating our new and current Administration Officers of **Monash Health Imaging**.

The Training Supervisor will assist with updating administration-imaging documentation in conjunction with the Network Administration Manager and maintain these on MS SharePoint and Phillips RIS. The Training Supervisor is an active member of the Senior Administration leadership group, and will be required, to support new and existing staff by actively working in a service delivery positions in intervals across all imaging sites to achieve consistent outcome of the delivery of imaging services.
- Plan, coordinate, maintain and deliver on-line and classroom-based training packages and assessments
- Create a new orientation package for all new Imaging Administration staff and imaging casuals
- Develop a Imaging Administration CPD program
- Super User support for Phillips RIS, EMR, MS Share Point, Teams, and Cisco WebEx Contact Centre

**This is a permanent part-time position
- 72 hours per fortnight.**

**About You**

As an experienced **Administrative Supervisor**, you are passionate, lead by example and take pride in working collaboratively across Monash Imaging to deliver the very best imaging and interventional radiology services for our community.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

- _ Recognised qualification in administration and/or office management _
- Radiology administration experience
- Certificate in Medical Terminology
- Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards Certification IV (acceptance of this position requires acceptance to complete this course as a minimum)
