**About the opportunity**

Join the Education & Training division at Steadfast Goldseal, where we deliver high-quality learning experiences through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), online Learning Hub, and industry events. As a Training Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our students, brokers, and internal teams by ensuring smooth and efficient training operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer the Steadfast Learning Hub and RTO inboxes, triaging queries and providing timely support.
- Process student enrolments, assessment submissions, and maintain student records in aXcelerate.
- Host and manage webinars, live learning events, and compliance training sessions.
- Support reporting activities by producing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Education and Training Services Manager and contribute to team projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in an education or training environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with student management systems (e.g., aXcelerate) is an advantage.
