**The Position**:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of P&C, this position provides administrative and coordination support across the employee life cycle and for the P&C leadership team.
- Provide operational administrative support across the the HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition related areas and to the P&C Leadership team
- Respond to and advise employees and people leaders on pay, policies, contractual obligations and/or employee entitlements
- Support the team through the maintenance of and/or contribution to HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for the annual people processes including the generation of remuneration review correspondence to employees
- Act as the key liaison person between P&C and the payroll service provider
- Ensure maintenance of accurate employee data and records (Preceda set up, filing), including supporting accreditation processes
- Liaise with and support the process for the completion and/or renewal of relevant background checks
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, including regular onboarding experience surveys via CultureAmp
- Preparation of regular Board and other related reports
**The Person**:
- Exceptional time management, organisational and administration skills with the ability to meet deadlines and competing demands
- Demonstrated knowledge of current HR Management practices and procedures with experience in recruitment and selection and the provision of advice in relation to conditions of employment is highly desirable
- Experience in working with relevant systems, databases and reporting
- Intermediate experience in all MS Office products
- Ability to show initiative, attention to detail with time management skills including the ability to manage workflows and balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability and commitment to developing trusted relationships within the team and a diverse range of stakeholders
