- The Revenue Optimisation Coordinator role will contribute to the financial sustainability of Eastern Health. The role be responsible for transformation projects and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue. This includes promoting new technology on mobile devices to clinicians (PBRC Mobile) within Eastern Health, along with other billing tasks (including setting up doctors on PBRC). The main purpose is to uplift Patient revenue through improved ease and convenience to capture information and billing accuracy.**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- High level of customer focused service
- Excellent communication skills to deliver training and presentations
- Well-developed analytical and report writing skills and an ability to promptly prepare relevant documentation, presentations and reports
- Ability to lead projects and the various resources required to deliver them
- Ability to be self-directed, determine workload priorities, stay motivated, coordinate multiple projects at once and work to timelines as part of a team
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to understand the wider context of government and internal policy and advice and act strategically
- Support colleagues in the achievement of organizational objectives
- Commit to and be accountable for demonstrating EH values of Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility, Humility and Patients First.
