Customer Service Officer Required in Bentley for an immediate start

**The Company**

Our client is a reputable company within the aged care industry who is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team near the CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to work for a highly regarded company, with the opportunity to upskill and have great career growth.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:

- Providing first contact resolution to customer enquiries.
- Problem solving and complaint resolution.
- Placing and processing bets for clients.
- Key account customer service requests.
- Data entry and general adhoc duties.
- Working within a team environment and supporting the team where required.
- Doing all of this within defined service levels, quality standards, timeframes, and industry standards.

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with very strong customer service or administration experience and who is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Having a proven track record (2 years+) in customer service will be an advantage.
