We're seeking an experienced **Intake Officer** to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary Customer Liaison team of professionals, dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability at every stage of life.

**Your role**

- This is a **full time, 12-month maternity leave cover** position located at our Bentley office. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsibility for the implementation of a coordinated intake process that identifies customer support needs including co-designing supports, development of service quotes, customer service agreements and the collation and management of accurate customer specific records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Instill confidence in potential customers and stakeholders to choose Therapy Focus as their provider of choice.
- Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds and abilities in order to support customers to access Therapy Focus services.
- Ideally have previous experience in the not-for-profit and/or disability support sector.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to find solutions to problems and work with people to resolve.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to actively listen to and respond appropriately to customer feedback.
- Experience with records management systems and data accuracy.
- Time management capability with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to problem solve and work in a solution focused way.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data management.
