Key responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate staff and/or taking messages.
- Handling client enquiries
- Entering and maintaining data in CRM
- Answering internal and external enquiries
- Assisting in social media management (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Assisting with Staff Onboarding
- Assisting with new client intake process
- Completing stock orders
- Creating staff newsletters
- Assisting the wider Zenn Ability with administration tasks
- Reporting to the Administration Manager

About you:

- Minimum 2-year experience as an office assistant or similar
- Basic knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Must have a current and valid Police check & WWCC or NDIS Worker Check
- Display strong administration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, efficient and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Abode software
- Willing to learn and accept guidance

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Common surfaces are disinfected regularly, RAT & use of masks and gloves if needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration Assistant: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
