Due to business expansion we are seeking a full time, Administrator who is organised, motivated, and delivers high quality support to our stores and management team.
About the Company:
We run a commercial and retail flooring and window furnishings business across Western and South Wester Sydney. The warehouse and admin team are based in St Marys with stores across the region. The primary role is warehouse based, but on occasion assistance in the stores may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as the store teams as the primary point of call for customers to coordinate jobs
- Assisting Managers including status reporting, communications, project tracking, and change requests.
- Working with subcontractors to assist with day to day works
- Working with the current admin team to support and assist
- Be proficient in the use of excel, word and online file organising
- Ideally have a basic bookkeeping understanding
- Be highly organised and have strong communication skills (verbal and written), as well as the ability to problem solve.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work autonomously, as well as work as part of a team.
Hours are Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm).
The package will be based on experience.
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
