About the Business Unit
The Assurance business unit manages corporate policies for the department and its Ministers to ensure strong governance. It is responsible for risk management, crisis and continuity management, internal and external audit, freedom of information, records management, information security, compliance and committee operations.
About the Role
About you
- Knowledge and understanding of the privacy-related requirements of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and related legislation.
- An understanding of issues and policies in the Justice portfolio.
- Experience in the provision of service delivery in an environment which involves direct contact with the public.

Qualifications/Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in law or public administration would be an advantage.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and TRIM Context would be an advantage.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:

At interview stage and prior to commencement of employment with the department, you will need to provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 with three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. 
Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).
