As a trusted senior advisor, the Internal Audit Manager will work closely with all members of the senior leadership team to design, plan and execute an internal audit and risk framework across the business. Adopting a commercial approach to managing the function, the position will oversee the identification, prioritisation, and management of key risks in accordance with the risk framework, and ensure business compliance with agreed policies. The appointee will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve internal controls and risk management processes to effectively position the organisation to achieve an exciting growth agenda in an environment with refined control and governance frameworks.

The successful applicant will be a self-starter with a high degree of energy that can empower their stakeholders by demonstrating their effective relationship management skills. You will be either an experienced Audit Manager/Internal Audit Manager trained in the Big 4 or working within a large complex business in a similar type role.
