The role of the Manager, Internal Audit reports to the Chief Audit and Risk Officer. The Manager Internal Audit is responsible for managing the delivery of projects within the department's Annual Internal Audit Work Plan on time and within budget.
The role is responsible for supporting the Chief Audit and Risk Officer in managing the contract with the Department's co-sourced audit provider(s), and to ensure that the Department's Audit and Risk Management Committee has appropriate Secretariat support to fulfil its mandate outlined in the Audit and Risk Management Charter.
**Are you**:
- An experienced evaluation leader with a history of high achievement in complex organisations?
- Able to lead and undertake audit activities in support of the Department's organisational goals?
- Able to establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong leader and communicator?
