As part of the firm's strategy to grow and further internationalise our risk group, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Internal Audit Manager based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working in collaboration with the Head of Internal Audit and Senior Internal Audit Manager to develop the annual risk-based Internal Audit Plan for the international firm
- Scoping and delivering individual audit reviews across the international firm ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach. This includes the identification of risks and controls and drafting of audit tests to address audit objectives
- Testing and monitoring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as best practice, applicable laws and regulations across the international Firm
- Developing effective relationships with partners, fee earners and business services teams and working closely with key business stakeholders
**ABOUT YOU**
- A qualified audit professional (ACA / ACCA / CIA) with a minimum 5 years' direct internal or external audit experience (ideally from an Accounting Firm) with experience in the definition and delivery of firm-wide Internal Audit Plans
- Be comfortable operating in sometimes ambiguous situations, working across time zones and demonstrating a flexible and collaborative working approach
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining meaningful relationships both within and outside the firm, effectively influencing change
