**The Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and presenting internal audit reports to clients across various industries, while also mentoring and guiding team members to support the delivery of high-quality client work.

As the division continues to grow, we need an experienced manager to help shape and enhance internal audit processes, contributing to the development of the Moore Australia Audit Methodology Framework. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the team’s success and contribute to the broader Victorian community.

**About you**

You possess strong technical expertise and the confidence to work directly with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them develop, assess, and manage their risk frameworks. You are generous with your knowledge and committed to the growth of your team and the business.

As part of a small, agile team, this is a hands-on role where you can lead by example—taking on tasks, when necessary, while also thinking strategically and guiding the team through complex projects and engagements.

**The Essentials**
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce
- Post Grad Certification in Internal Audit or similar
- Professional Services Experience in Internal Audit
- Experience in healthcare and government advantageous
- Minimum 2 years management experience with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, fun, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

The salary range for this role is $107,000 - $125,000 base salary.
