**About the Role**

Reporting to the Financial Analyst, the responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Officer are to:

- Perform administration of Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.
- Provide accurate, proactive, and timely reporting of historical numbers and forecasts.
- Maintain dashboards for the College on financial and other categories of results.
- Conduct month-end and year-end procedures as per agreed timeline and ensue these are processed accurately
- Communicate with students, staff, and external stakeholders in an efficient and courteous manner.

**Selection Criteria**

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- CPA qualified or working towards CPA would be an advantage.

Essential:

- Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
- Proficiency in the organisation and administration of accounts payable/payroll or equivalent financial or administration duties.
- Ability to provide advice and decisions relating to organisational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of CommBiz & MYOB interface upload processing, preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

This full-time position is based in Macquarie Park.
