**About the Company**

Specialists in construction equipment, machines and plant hire (a large range of Telehandlers, Forklifts and Elevated Work Platforms), we find solutions for our clients so their projects are run on time, within budget and with the highest safety standards. Our machines come with fully trained and experienced plant operators and a dedicated service team for on-site repairs and maintenance. We have a strong reputation for a one-stop shop for all our customers plant hire needs.

**About the Job**

We are looking for a motivated salesperson to build on our established customer base to develop business opportunities.
- Cold Calling - Face to Face and Phone based
- Develop and follow-up sales leads
- Problem solving and identifying the best solution of equipment to meet customer needs
- Account Managing and developing strong relationships with new and current clientele
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms of business

**About You**
- Proven experience in a B2B sales roles
- Interest in the construction equipment industry with technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident with an ability to build rapport
- Ability to extract information and problem solve
- Drivers Licence is necessary for this role

**You will be provided with tools of the trade (use of company vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, work uniform) to go about your day to day business. We don't believe in micro managing - you will be in charge of your own success. Results will be highly rewarded with career growth and remuneration.**
