Plumbing Sub-contractors Wanted - Water Meter Replacement

Location: Regional NSW (5-6 hours from Sydney)

PNL Plumbing Services is expanding and seeking experienced subcontractors for a large-scale water meter replacement project across regional NSW.

We offer immediate start, consistent workflow, competitive earnings, and full support for motivated and reliable tradespeople.

About the Role
- High-volume project with ongoing work available
- Paid per meter installed - direct financial reward for productivity
- Clean, straightforward work - no headaches with builders and other trades, no sewerage, no messy hydraulic plans
- Managing meter stock and preparing before installation
- Allocated job clusters to reduce travel time and fuel costs
- Training, materials, and ongoing support provided
- Travel and accommodation covered

Subcontractor Requirements
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week (7 optional), 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Vehicle & Tools:

- Work van or ute (secure storage required)
- Gloves, bonding cables, and standard plumbing hand tools
- Ability to repair damaged pipework (materials supplied)
- PPE: Long pants/shirt, safety boots, hat, sunscreen
- Technology: Able to use and navigate mobile apps for job sign-off

Licensing & Insurance
- Current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance - minimum $20M
- Workers Compensation Insurance (or Income Protection if sole trader)
- Vehicle Insurance (Certificate of Currency)
- National Police Check (issued within last 6 months)
- NSW White Card (OHS Construction Induction)
- Current Driver’s Licence & Photo ID
- Contractors Plumbing license or Tradesperson Certificate if sole trader
