About the Role

This hands-on role will suit a qualified and versatile plumber, ideally with experience in roof plumbing and guttering. The position involves both reactive and planned maintenance as well as supporting fit out and refurbishment projects across retail facilities. The role can be structured either as a full-time permanent position or as a contract engagement through your own ABN, offering flexibility depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across retail facilities
  • Perform roof plumbing and guttering installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Support fit out and refurbishment projects with plumbing services
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and safely
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff when required
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Travel to multiple sites across NSW as required
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Plumbing trade qualification (roof plumbing certification highly desirable)
  • Current NSW plumbing licence essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar plumbing/maintenance role
  • Proven roof plumbing and guttering experience
  • Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and plumbing systems
  • Physically fit and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
