Sol RED is looking for a experienced **Events Operations Coordinator**.

We are looking for an experienced **part-time Event Operations Coordinator** with the opportunity to grow within the business.

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;**
- Responsible for receiving goods into the warehouse
- Checking and storing goods in the warehouse
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Keeping the warehouse organized, stock-take, stock maintenance and cataloging of products.
- Due to the nature of our events, you must be able to carry over 15kg
- Co-ordinate and organize event pre-production decor products
- Co-ordinate event Installation (bump in) and removal (bump out) schedules for upcoming events.
- Working in collaboration with the Manager, during event set up and pack down, you will be at times the first point of contact.
- Drive the work van to event set up and pack down for upcoming events
- Completion and provisions of OHS paperwork on a job-job basis.
- Coordinate all dry and prop hire
- Ad hoc administration
- Assist the manager when required, provide day to day support

**What we are looking for;**
- Previous experience in the Event industry and or Warehouse/ Operations role.
- High level of attention to detail
- A can - do positive attitude
- Must be flexible with occasional weekend work
- An ownership mentality - can assume responsibility for tasks and be trusted to deliver.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 3 -days per week
