Location: Aruma Office in NSW, VIC or QLD

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated strategist to be our **Strategy Lead.** The Strategy Lead is responsible for driving Aruma’s organisational strategy and transformation agenda. The role will initially focus on operationalising Aruma’s new strategic direction and will also contribute to the continual development of Aruma’s longer-term strategy.

This role will work closely with team members from the Customer Experience (CX), Human Rights (HR) and Risk teams. The role will also require close working relationships across the business, with the Operations team as well as key stakeholders across Shared Services, to ensure an effective understanding of change considerations and stakeholder buy-in.

About the role
- Design a transformation strategy and roadmap for Home & Living options, that optimises the economics and customer experience of the Shared Living and Community business lines.
- Effectively manage a transformation program of activities, drawing on resources and consulting with key stakeholders from across the business.
- Identify and plan for future service models, offerings, and products to meet the relevancy of customer needs and the future sustainability of Aruma.
- Leveraging insights gained from the transformation program of work and from ongoing consultation across the business, contribute to the development of Aruma’s next corporate strategy.

**About you**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a strategist role, ideally with experience in customer-centric transformation, service design, human-centred design or design-thinking, and customer/cohort segmentation.
- Commercial and strategic acumen, and demonstrated experience with financial modelling, managing budgets, and delivering strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, strategy, innovation, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing the transformation of a service or organisation, including assessing the viability of concepts
- Demonstrated ability to source and translate actionable insights into a roadmap of activity and present a compelling case for change to key stakeholders.
- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating pilots as part of a broader innovation or transformation process.
