As Senior Strategy Lead, you'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, lead business planning, and support decisions that improve the health outcomes of millions of Australians.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic analysis and insight generation across key initiatives
• Support the annual business planning process and ensure alignment with our long-term strategy
• Prepare Board-level materials and influence senior decision-making
• Champion strategic thinking across the organisation

Who You Are:

A strategic problem-solver with 5+ years' experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning

Skilled in financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity

Curious about AI and its role in shaping smarter strategy

A clear communicator who can influence at all levels
