**The Division**

The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.

**The opportunity**

Right now, we have a fixed term full time opportunity (till 30/04/24) for an Operations Lead to join us in the Customer Strategy and Experience branch based at Elizabeth Street office.

TfNSW offers flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.

If successful, you will be responsible for coordinating all operational activities for advertising and secondary revenue contracts across TfNSW to assist in maximising net revenue and minimise disruption to customer services and impacts on customer experience.

**What you will be involved in**
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships and arrangements with internal stakeholders to facilitate approval and procedural processes.
- Ensure procurement of services or works is undertaken in accordance with TfNSW procurement processes; and assist suppliers with access to TfNSW assets and locations, including maintenance centres, depots and the like.
- Manage, monitor and deliver assigned projects and all operational work relating to existing advertising or secondary revenue assets in accordance with TfNSW policies and procedures and applicable contractual requirements.

**About you**
- Must be a good problem solver and think on your feet.
- Demonstrated experience in managing out of home advertising as an asset owner or supplier, to ensure an understanding of growing revenues from advertising assets.
- Willingness to take a hands on approach and ensure communications are made to make the operational job correct. Ability to influence the people they deal with and win the relationships - professional
- Demonstrated experience in commercial contract management of suppliers including governance and reporting preferred.
- Preferred knowledge / experience in revenue growth via third party suppliers.

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 8 ($123,470 - $138,284) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
