JOBSITE ADDRESS
Jobsite Address : Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
- Technicians analyze and perform repairs related to Mac systems, operating issues, and their peripherals.
- They install, configure, and fix macOS and interact with their users and guide them on queries and issues related to hardware and software
- They should have experience in working with Apple’s Remote Support technology, Apple Remote Desktop, Mac OS, MS Office software for Mac and Mac imaging solutions
- Technicians diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix Mac OS X, Windows Solutions on OS X, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Powerbook, iBook, Power Mac, iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, iPod, iPhone, iPad, and peripherals, such as scanners and local and network printers.
- Technicians should partner with IT help desk and network infrastructure teams, install, upgrade, and maintain equipment and the infrastructure required for them.
- They perform diagnostic tests to evaluate and isolate system problems and suggest suitable solutions.
- Technicians should assess system configuration and software so that hardware resources can be used effectively.
- They must monitor, trace, and document problems in a bid to resolve them promptly
- Technicians should be able to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues.
- They should carry out data backups of Apple equipment, besides computers with other operating systems, such as Windows and Linux, and servers of their organization.
- They should establish accounts and profiles of new users and handle their password issues
- Technicians log all activities within an organization through a ticket tracking system and document incidents carefully and accurately
- Technicians should oversee usage of systems so that they comply with their organization’s policies and procedures
