About the Role

We run a proprietary betting platform, website, and mobile applications and are looking for a versatile IT professional who can resolve day-to-day issues, provide high-quality desktop support, and assist in maintaining the reliability of our server and cloud environments.

This role will include responsibilities across both desktop support and junior systems administration, involving user account management, system updates, infrastructure maintenance, and more.

Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
- Some full-time in-office presence may be required during peak periods or to cover leave
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional weekend availability during major events

Technologies You'll Work With

· Office 365 Suite

· Windows 10/11

· Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

· Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD)

· Mac OS and Apple Devices

· Android/iOS

· Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

· Basic networking and firewall knowledge (Meraki, Fortinet, or similar)

· Endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)

Key Responsibilities

· Provide Level 1–2 desktop support across Windows and Mac environments

· Troubleshoot and resolve user issues onsite and remotely

· Manage Office 365 services and perform user administration in Azure AD/Entra ID

· Assist with patching, updates, and general maintenance of on-premises servers and virtual machines

· Manage group memberships, user provisioning, and permissions in AD/Azure

· Support internal system improvements, incident response, and infrastructure health checks

· Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and upgrades

· Maintain documentation for system processes and user guides

What You Bring

· 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar hybrid Desktop/System Admin role

· Proficiency in Windows desktop and server environments, with experience in Azure

· Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user/group management

· Experience with PowerShell or other scripting tools for basic automation

· Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· A passion for continuous learning and growth into higher-level sysadmin responsibilitie
