Join the team as a People & Workforce Development Coordinator on our Sydenham to Bankstown Project based in Canterbury NSW. In this role, you will play an integral role in assisting our team with day-to-day people matters, ensuring competency compliance, and assisting the People Lead with workforce development initiatives.

**Your duties will include**:

- Supporting the People lead with the rollout of workforce development and project initiatives including pre-employment programs
- Producing monthly reporting for the Client
- Manage the project onboarding process
- Managing the right to site compliance for all workers, via Pegasus, RSW, and RIW systems
- Book training for the team and maintain records
- Assisting with day-to-day people matters

**Qualification/Experience**:

- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with RSW and/or RIW will be highly regarded
- Tertiary education in relevant field such as HR or Business Administration
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
