About the role?

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced, customer obsessed Customer Lifecycle Manager to manage the retention of one the best loyalty programs in ANZ. Nando’s PERi-Perks has picked up 2 awards for Best Loyalty program (Inside Retail 2020 and QSR Media Awards 2020) and is now on the hunt for a new Customer Lifecyle Manager to drive retention across Australia and New Zealand. We have over 1,500,000 passionate members who we love to reward with fun You will be responsible for managing the growth of the program specifically in relation to retention as we embark on the next phase of our exciting journey with a new Customer Management Platform. If you love people, technology and data then this role is will allow you to create personalized experiences and behavioural change.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales growth strategy for Perkers- Create a segmentation model, profiling Perkers and manage lifecycles to increase like for like value by moving segments- Create a “welcome to Nando’s” journey for newly recruited Perkers- Become the go to expert of how to gain insights, targeting, connecting and influence buying patterns consistent with restaurant growth plans- Continue to improve the personalisation and eCommerce strategy
