Are you a data-driven marketing expert ready to make an impact?

We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Manager to lead our CRM strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

This role isn't just about sending emails. It's about crafting an end-to-end customer journey that maximises engagement and minimises churn. You'll be the champion of our customer lifecycle.

You'll lead a small team, use deep data insights to optimise everything, and partner with teams like Product and Analytics. If you're passionate about customer-first thinking, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for our core pillars: onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, and win-back.
- Lead a team, setting goals and ensuring they're hitting their targets.
- Partner with Product Marketing to drive uptake of new features and programs.
- Run and analyse customer promotions, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Build and execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Deeply understand our customers across all regions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Influence cross-functional teams to ensure our lifecycle initiatives are delivered seamlessly.
