**Description**

As part of the Client Success team, our Renewals Manager is responsible for renewals of clients within a multi-million dollar portfolio of Meltwater’s self-service clients in Australia & New Zealand.

Our Renewals Manager will be a high-performance individual who is obsessed in delivering an outstanding customer experience every day You will demonstrate the ability to gain key insights based on data and work in partnership with our clients to ensure contract renewals in a proactive manner (before their expiry date) all while demonstrating the value of Meltwater’s world-class product suite.

**What You'll Do**:

- Be the point of contact in matters relating to client renewals and needs while building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Conduct client business reviews to track the health of your accounts, while listening to customer feedback and proactively discovering areas of improvement
- Take ownership of upcoming renewals to ensure high retention volumes within your portfolio
- Proactively identify issues that may impact a renewal, and engage all available resources to resolve any potential issues or concerns
- Track client’s usage of and activity level on our platforms to monitor the health / risk status of your accounts
- You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Meltwater’s products to drive engagement and adoption through all stages of the client life cycle and renewal process.

**Who You Are**:

- Experience working in a fast paced, sales environment where you have managed multiple accounts in a portfolio (at least 200 + accounts in a portfolio)
- Highly energetic individual who is willing to jump in and get things done
- Motivated by delivering an outstanding customer experience each day
- Able to suggest innovative ways to solve your client’s problems
- 2 + years' experience in an Account Manager/Renewals Manager role
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
