As an Asset Manager (Renewable Infrastructure), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and optimization of our client's renewable energy infrastructure portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the operational efficiency, maintenance, and financial performance of the assets.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive asset performance, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the renewable energy industry while making a positive impact on our environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize the performance and profitability of renewable energy infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), operational data, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations, maintenance, and repairs of renewable energy assets.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and asset performance reviews to ensure compliance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, financial reporting, and investor relations activities related to renewable energy assets.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in asset management or renewable energy are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in asset management within the renewable energy industry, with a focus on managing and optimizing renewable infrastructure assets.
- Strong knowledge of energy markets, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and regulatory frameworks governing renewable energy infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance optimization of energy assets.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
