**Description**:
**Cornell Diesel Systems** are searching for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our journey.

**Specific Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Parts Interpreting for Workshop & external customers
- Negotiating price with all suppliers
- Facilitate over the phone with Parts and accessory inquiries quickly and accurately
- Quote parts inquiries and assist service team with service quotes
- Raise purchase orders and invoices in SAP for both suppliers and customers
- Liaising with distributors, parts ordering, and distribution of stock
- Processing / Shipping orders
- Attending to incoming / outgoing goods
- Liaise with management and other internal staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal & external business as required
- Supporting the Service Department advisors
