- 2210Our client is a rapidly expanding residential and commercial installer of quality air conditioning and HVAC units and is seeking a senior manager to assist with the day-to-day operations to ensure ongoing and consistent levels of quality, safety and service are delivered to customers.

**About the Role**
- Provide a high standard of customer services to clients from first contact to installation completion, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery of all services in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Manage, coordinate, schedule and support the simultaneous delivery of air conditioning unit installation projects across multiple commercial and residential sites.
- Provide leadership and technical support to on site employees, contractor and sub-contractor teams, tradespersons, and technicians to ensure they provide services that match project timelines, in line with company policies & procedures and customer expectations and be able to deputise for the Managing Director in their absence.
- Monitor and assess quality of service and work delivered, drive continuous service improvements, and follow up and resolve any corrective actions.
- Ensure Work, Health & Safety legislations, regulation, and procedures are compliant, met and maintained by all stakeholders.
- Use an understanding of finance and accounts to enable the creation of reports, quotations, communications, and invoices as well as provide regular reporting to the Managing Director.
- In the event that other technicians are not available, supporting installation teams, servicing, repairs, commissioning & installation of air conditioning equipment as required.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Licences**
- Certificate III in Air conditioning and Refrigeration or Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or Electrotechnology (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
- Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Construction Industry White Card (mandatory)
- Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Highly Regarded)
- Tradesperson Certificate (Highly Regarded)
- Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience installing air conditioning and HVAC units with at least 3 years senior management experience.
- Able to Install Various types and brands of Air Conditioning Units and mechanical services.
- A strong understanding of WHS systems and processes with a safety-first approach to all worksites, ensuring risk assessments and safety adjustments are established.
- A background in a service trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is highly desirable.
- Good finance and administration skills with a strong customer services focus.
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
- Competent in project, time management, fault finding, interpreting technical data and record keeping.
- Be a strong leader both in person and remote management of disparate teams and skill levels.
