About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Group Trainer who can work weekdays and weekends. Locations in Peakhurst. In this role you will be responsible for running group training as well as helping the Manager to oversee the gym facility (operations), creating culture and driving the sales process.
We are willing to train and develop the best candidate in any area necessary.
In this role you will:
- Deliver 5-star F45 classes with great atmosphere and results.
- Coach amazing F45 sessions that inspire your staff and clients.
- Create the best overall experience for our clients, build rapport as well as implement retention strategies.
- Drive KPIs within the studio
About you:
As the successful applicant, you will be:
- Minimum Cert 3 in Health and Fitness
- Previous group training and lifting experience
- Strong, proven relationship-building and empathy for all client levels
- A strong person with a can-do attitude
- Solid communication skills
