**Café Manager - Full-Time**:

- Location: At the corner cafe, Peakhurst_

We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Café Manager** to join our team **Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.** If you have a love for hospitality, a strong leadership style, and a hands-on approach, we would love to hear from you.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and manage staff
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock ordering, rostering, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace policies
- Drive a positive and productive team culture

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in café/restaurant management
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident

**Bonus Skills**:

- Barista experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
